With over 4,000 square feet of space and accommodations for up to 12 overnight guests, the Hilltop Villa offers plenty of room for families, friends, and groups to relax and unwind together.

LODGING RATES
Monday–Thursday: $800 per night
Friday–Sunday: $1,000 per night
Holiday Nights: $1,000 per night
One-Time Cleaning Fee: $200
Applicable sales tax will be added. Experience pricing is separate from lodging rates.

LODGING POLICIES

Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement.
Minimum Booking Age: The primary guest responsible for the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay.
Animals: To protect the health and safety of the animals in our care, outside animals are not permitted on the ranch due to strict biosecurity requirements. Guests who require a service animal should contact Dragonstone Ranch prior to booking to discuss accessibility and any restrictions that may apply in animal areas.
Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of all smoking materials properly.
Pool & Spa: Use of the swimming pool and spa is at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Children and non-swimmers must be closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No diving, running, glass containers, or unsafe behavior is permitted in the pool or spa area. Children may never be left unattended in or around the pool or spa.
Deposit, Cancellation & Rescheduling
A nonrefundable lodging deposit of $800 for weekday stays or $1,000 for stays that include a weekend or holiday night is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check-in.
Reservations may be rescheduled one time with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. Your lodging deposit will be transferred to the new reservation date.
Cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in will result in forfeiture of the lodging deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 14 days of check-in will result in forfeiture of the full lodging payment.
Reservations made within 14 days of check-in require full payment at the time of booking and are nonrefundable.
