STEP 1: READ GUEST WAIVER

Read (do not complete) our guest waiver here. Each adult guest will be required to sign the waiver at check-in. We recommend having your entire party review the waiver in advance so everyone is familiar with the safety rules before arriving and to avoid cutting into your experience time.

STEP 2: READ PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Wildlife Trio deposits are $100 for weekday reservations and $200 for weekend and holiday reservations. Interactive Grand Tour deposits are $200 for weekday reservations and $300 for weekend and holiday reservations. Baby Hippo Swim requires an additional $500 deposit.

We accept cash for the remaining balance at check-in. If you prefer to pay electronically, payment must be submitted in full at the time of booking or at least 1 business day in advance.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Wildlife Trio and Interactive Grand Tour reservations may be rescheduled one time at no additional charge with at least 3 business days’ notice for weekday reservations or 7 days’ notice for weekend and holiday reservations. When rescheduled within the applicable deadline, your deposit will be applied to the new reservation date. Additional rescheduling requests may be accommodated at the discretion of Dragonstone Ranch.

Rescheduling requests made after the applicable deadline will result in forfeiture of the original deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure another reservation.

Tours operate rain or shine. In the event of dangerous inclement weather, including lightning or other conditions Dragonstone Ranch determines may make an experience unsafe, we will contact you regarding rescheduling. Weather-related rescheduling is at the discretion of Dragonstone Ranch and will not result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Applicable sales tax will be added to all taxable purchases.
