Our clients now have the opportunity to arrange exclusive tours and experiences with our exotic animal residents upon picking up their pets! Meet and interact with our giraffes, pygmy hippos, lemurs, kangaroos, foxes, and a variety of other unique species! Advance booking for tours is required; walk-ins are not permitted. Availability for animal experiences is limited each day, so we encourage you to reach out promptly if you wish to schedule one alongside your pet pickup! Pickups and payments

We accept exact-change cash at pickup. We also accept Zelle, Cash App, or PayPal Friends & Family as payment methods if payments are cleared at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup appointment. Click on the button below for information on electronic payment options.

Pickups must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. We allot 30 minutes to each customer to allow enough time for us to show you how to feed, handle, and care for your new baby, and to answer any questions you may have. Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if the buyer is more than 15 minutes late, unless otherwise discussed. All animals reserved must be picked up within 7 days of their “ready by” date, unless other plans explicit in writing have been made. Failure to comply to any of these terms will result in immediate forfeiture of all deposits and vet fees, and the animal will be re-listed as available. If the buyer chooses to reschedule pickup at a later date, they must pay for the animal in full by their ready date, which will be nonrefundable. They will also be subject to a daily boarding fee, which needs to be paid upfront as well. Visit our Terms & Conditions page for the current boarding fees.

By law, we are obligated to collect Texas sales tax on all sales completed within the state of Texas. All Texas sales will incur a sales tax rate of 6.75% (6.25% paid to the state of Texas, and 0.50% paid to Coryell County).


How to find OUR RANCH

Type “Dragonstone Ranch” on either Apple Maps or Google Maps. Both will take you right our front entrance! Our address “2591 CR 137” is posted on the entrance so that you will know you are at the right place.

NOTE: Our main lodge is under construction, so we currently do NOT have a restroom available for guests. Please make sure to stop ahead of time if you need a restroom. The closest gas station with restrooms is the CEFCO at 1620 W Main St (appx 15 min away).

DIRECTIONS TO THE PICKUP SHED

Please call Mimi at 254-499-2003 when you are 15 minutes away, and again when you reach our front gate so that we can let you in.

The pickup shed is a small red shed located about half a mile inside the Ranch’s front gate. It will be on your left-hand side, just past the large red building that is under construction. This red sign will tell you that you are at the right place. Please park in FRONT of the shed.

HOW TO EXIT

To exit, drive toward the front gate. The motion-detected gate will automatically open for you. Make sure to stay on the left side of the road and aim for the solar panel.
